Pickup Drops

At Radioshop we are slowly transitioning to batch making and a ‘Pickup Drops’ method for purchasing our pickups for your guitar. Making our handmade product in batches is a more efficient way for a small company to work, reduces waiting times for you and ultimately means we can make more pickups to satisfy customer demand.

Instead of being able to order from the website and then waiting for your pickups to be made, we will be releasing small batches of pickups/harnesses which will largely be ready for next day despatch and can be purchased on one of our drop nights.

Our Pickup Drops will be on Sundays at 8pm BST on this page. Shown below are the product(s) in the next drop and the date and time they will become available for purchase. At 8pm on the Sunday shown, the listing will go LIVE for purchase, until that time it will show here as ‘Out of Stock’. Once live, it will show as ‘In Stock’ until the limited amount of pickups are Sold Out.

Whilst we are transitioning to this way of working, we are slowly taking each pickups set in our lineup from being available to purchase at any time and into our new ‘drops system’. If you see a set as available now elsewhere on our website then it is available currently to purchase for a short time longer. We have marked a number of our sets as ‘Last Chance to Buy Now’ with a date shown as they are being added very soon to our ‘Drops’ circulation.

We’d like to thank you very much for supporting us with our new way of working which will hopefully benefit both us as the maker and you as the guitarist hugely – Paul Best and Paul Dunn.

Please Note All drop events are on a first come, first served basis. It is best to check the products as close as possible to the 8pm mark to avoid disappointment and/or having to wait ’til the product comes around in a future drop. Please Note also that the product listings for purchase are very basic listings that show what is included at the purchase price and all the options needed for you to buy for your guitar project.
